Service Level

1. Scope

This page describes the service-availability terms for Enrichley’s website, API, and services, unless you have a separate written agreement with us that says otherwise.

2. No default service-level commitment

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except where we have expressly agreed otherwise in a signed written agreement, Enrichley does not provide any guaranteed level of uptime, availability, response time, resolution time, or support response time. We strive for high availability and reliability, but we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Maintenance and changes

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services, at any time. We aim to limit disruption where reasonable.

4. Excluded events

Any availability target in a negotiated agreement excludes downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party providers, your systems or network, force majeure, and your misuse of the services.

5. Service credits

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, no service credits are offered. Any credits that may be granted are discretionary, are not cash refunds, and are the sole and exclusive remedy for availability issues.

6. Beta, trial, and free use

Beta, trial, and free features are provided with no service-level commitment of any kind.
