Your California Privacy Rights

Effective: 9 June 2026

This notice supplements the Enrichley Privacy Policy and describes the rights of California residents (and, where applicable, residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws) under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.

Sale and sharing of personal information

Enrichley operates as a real-time enrichment layer: it provides results sourced from third-party data partners and does not maintain its own contact database or sell its own data. To the extent that providing results containing personal information to a customer for a fee is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, you can opt out at any time.

  • Categories that may be sold or shared: identifiers (e.g., name, business email address); professional or employment-related information (employer, job title); commercial information and inferences; and internet/network activity (on our website, for analytics).
  • Categories of sources: public sources and the public internet; public records and business registries; and third-party data partners/providers (described by category in the Privacy Policy).
  • Categories of third parties / recipients: our business customers (who receive enrichment results); and analytics partners (website data).
  • We do not sell or share: sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics; and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16. Customer Data (information our customers upload or connect, and the results we return to them) is never sold or shared with other customers or third parties.

Your California privacy rights

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond permitted business purposes).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to opt out or exercise your rights

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or request deletion, access, or correction: use our self-service form at enrichley.com/data-removal, or email [email protected].
  • We will verify your request (generally by confirming control of the email address you provide) and respond within 45 days (extendable once as permitted). There is no charge, and we will not discriminate against you.
  • We add opted-out identifiers to a suppression list so your choice is honored on an ongoing basis (minimal data retained for that purpose only).

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may still verify your identity directly.
