Enrichley respects your right to control your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. This page lets you exercise those rights, including the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the rights to erasure and to object under the EU/UK GDPR.

How verification works

To protect your information, we must verify a request before acting on it. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation link to the email address you provided. Clicking that link confirms you control the address and lets us match it against our systems. If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we may ask for additional information or be unable to fulfill the request.

What happens after you verify

  • We locate and, for deletion and opt-out requests, remove or suppress the personal information associated with your identifiers across our systems.
  • We add your identifiers to a permanent suppression list so that your information is not re-added or re-shared in the future. To honor your choice, we retain only the minimum information needed to recognize and enforce your request.
  • Where applicable, we direct our service providers and data partners to delete the same information.
  • We complete verified requests within 45 days, and will let you know if we need an extension permitted by law.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your written permission and may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
