Enrichley Data Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Data Use Policy governs how you (our customer) may use contact, company, and related data you obtain through Enrichley’s services — including verification, enrichment, and related contact and company data (“Enrichley Data”). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and any DPA.

2. Permitted uses

You may use Enrichley Data only for legitimate business-to-business purposes that comply with applicable law, such as: B2B sales prospecting and outreach, B2B marketing, recruiting, account research, data hygiene/CRM enrichment, and analytics.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may lawfully contact, market to, store, enrich, combine, transfer, or otherwise use Enrichley Data, including compliance with: CAN-SPAM, CASL, TCPA, the GDPR/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and U.S. state privacy laws. You must provide any required notices, obtain any required consents, honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests, and maintain your own suppression lists. Enrichley does not provide legal advice and does not manage consent or campaign compliance on your behalf.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use Enrichley Data to:

  • Make decisions about a person’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant screening, education, healthcare, or other purposes regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. Enrichley is not a consumer reporting agency and Enrichley Data is not a consumer report.
  • Discriminate against any person, or target individuals based on protected characteristics or other special-category / sensitive attributes.
  • Harass, stalk, dox, defraud, or harm any person.
  • Send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly post Enrichley Data, or use it to build, train, or enrich a competing database or product.
  • Re-identify, or attempt to derive sensitive attributes about, individuals.

5. Accuracy and verification

Enrichley Data is provided “as is.” While we work to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should verify data before relying on it for any consequential decision.

6. Suppression and opt-outs

If we notify you that an individual has opted out, requested deletion, or been suppressed, you must promptly cease using that individual’s Enrichley Data as instructed and not re-acquire it through us. You must also honor opt-out requests you receive directly.

7. Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor for, and act on, violations of this policy, including suspending or terminating access and pursuing legal remedies.
