Enrichley Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses enrichley.com, our API, or our services. It supplements our Terms of Service and Data Use Policy.

2. Acceptable use

Use the services only for their intended, lawful business purpose and within your plan’s limits.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or our underlying database, except as permitted by law.
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or other access controls; or share, resell, or sublicense your API keys or account credentials.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from our website or services other than through the documented API within your plan limits.
  • Use the services to build, train, or improve a competing product, database, or model.
  • Introduce malware, conduct unauthorized security testing, or attempt to disrupt or degrade the services (e.g., denial-of-service).
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content, or violate the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the services for fraud.

4. AI and automated-use restrictions

You may not use the services or any data obtained from them to:

  • Build or contribute to facial recognition databases, perform biometric categorization, or run social-scoring systems.
  • Make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a person without appropriate human oversight and a lawful basis.

5. Communications compliance

You are responsible for ensuring any outreach using the services complies with anti-spam and telemarketing laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the TCPA, and applicable ePrivacy/consent rules.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, take action including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating access, and pursuing legal remedies. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.
